Hi, I’m Rebecca and I work with my husband, David to deliver your special ceremony.

What do we love about White Rose Ceremonies? Well, YOU, of course!

As the Celebrant of the team, I have the incredible privilege of delivering the ceremony on your special day. Whether that is your wedding ceremony, naming ceremony, vow renewal or the final farewell for a loved one, it is an absolute honour to be there.

I have conducted hundreds of ceremonies and funeral services since 2013 and I am passionate about my work. I am a true believer in happiness, romance and love. I am also a strong advocate for celebrating who you are and what you choose to do and be in life. Your journey as an individual, a couple and a family is completely unique and it is important to share and celebrate that.

And I celebrate every time I get a call from a couple or a family – this is such wonderful work! I am totally focussed on you and I have a wealth of experience that tells me what will work and what needs a little more thought. It’s important to look at your journey, the joy you share, the memories you have created and what is important in your future. I have a background in Human Resources and Training and have always loved writing, so crafting a beautiful ceremony or service for you or your family is a real joy.

David provides invaluable support in both making suggestions to enhance the design of your unique ceremonies and, on the day itself, to ensure things run smoothly. He is often seen in the background taking photos that are sent to you the next day so that you can enjoy some happy memories while you wait for your fantastic professional photos.

As a couple, we love our home and our family. We particularly enjoy walking on the beach and you will invariably find us holding hands, deep in conversation. We are true romantics, united, optimistic, creative, enthusiastic and the biggest fans of the positive impact of joy and laughter. And you will have to excuse our sense of humour – we have a great sense of the ridiculous!

We established White Rose Ceremonies to provide couples and families with ceremonies that have unique and personal relevance and meaning. Providing you with a ceremony or service that you will remember for all the right reasons, is our number one priority. Our own ceremony

Following a private legal ceremony at Gretna Green, we had our own happy and emotional Civil Wedding Ceremony on a beautiful beach in Norfolk surrounded by family and friends.

We believe that everyone deserves to mark the most important milestones of their lives with a ceremony that feels personal and unique, at whatever stage of life they are at.

Locations

We cover North Wales, Anglesey, mid Wales, Cheshire and Staffordshire

We work in and around the stunning Snowdonia National Park and across beautiful Wales, including Anglesey. We cover towns such as Llandudno, Bangor, Caernarfon, Colwyn Bay, Porthmadog, Harlech, Denbigh and Wrexham. Additionally, we travel to Chester, Oswestry, Shrewsbury and other locations in the West Staffordshire area.

Because of our experience – and regardless of our location – we are often called on to conduct ceremonies across the UK including West Midlands, East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire. We are also a recommended supplier of wedding ceremonies at the Chateau du Val in Saint Just, Brittany, France.

We have had the happy privilege of delivering ceremonies in unique, unusual and beautiful locations, including exotic gardens, forests, beaches, barns, labyrinths, university colleges, Jacobean manors, barns, hotels and manor houses. We have also conducted elopements on punts, without falling in!

Our logo

We had a real vision for the elements we wanted in our logo, to give it real meaning. We asked Carli Pfurtscheller to bring them all to life, which she did, adding some ideas of her own. We were bowled over by it and here is Rebecca’s description of each element.

Three white roses, one each for Weddings, Namings and Renewals.

Leaves that represent the falling away of life – Funerals.

A heart in each rose for each of my beautiful children and for the love that surrounds us.

The stars and moon which represent nature and which means so much to us.

The broken lines above the stars represent the shooting stars that we witnessed as we dashed across country in the middle of the night to get to my dear little mum before she died.

The wavy lines represent the sea that we love and live close to – the power, challenges and delights of which mirror the challenges of life and we should show it great respect.

This isn’t the creation of a logo just for the sake of it – I think everybody will have to agree that our new logo is beautiful at an emotional level. And it is absolutely stunning. Thank you Carli, from the bottom of my heart.”
